Spacious interior with a large heated pool. Best suited for families of four to five.

No additional fee is charged for exceeding maximum occupancy. However, all setups — bedding, towels, tableware — are strictly prepared according to the standard occupancy below.
Entire Villa (Main + Annex) · 6 adults (max 8 including infants under 24 months)
Main Building · 4 adults (max 5 including infants under 24 months)
Annex · 2 adults (max 3 including infants under 24 months)

Reservations are accepted only upon agreement to these terms. The booker bears responsibility for any disadvantage caused by failure to read the guidelines.
1. Check-in · Check-out

- ·Late check-out is not permitted. Please observe times strictly to prepare for the next guest.
2. Admission Restrictions & Prohibitions
- ·Minors without guardians are not permitted
- ·No pets allowed
- ·No additional guests or visitors beyond the reserved party
- ·Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property
- ·Cooking strong-smelling or greasy food is not permitted
- ·Use of fire hazards such as fireworks and candles is strictly prohibited
3. Pool · Jacuzzi Guidelines
- ·Pool depth: approx. 1.1m – 1.2m
- ·Do not use bath bombs, petals, herbs, or anything affecting drainage
- ·No diving. Do not use the pool after drinking alcohol
4. Refund Policy
- ·No changes or refunds from 9 days before check-in
- ·100% refund upon verification of flight or ship cancellation on the day of check-in due to weather
